Describe some of the perks of working here?

Hi, great question! There are countless perks to working at Kingfisher. Some depend on which area you work in, as you'd expect, but there's a dedicated Colleague Experience team in Group Functions that work tirelessly to bring us new perks and benefits which are very much appreciated! These range from things like private healthcare, Babylon (Digital GP), gym membership discounts, colleague discount hub including B&Q/Screwfix discounts, Share saving schemes, tech perks/discounts, dental health plans, free eye tests, cycle to work, child care vouchers, free flu vouchers - the list goes on!
In our three UK offices (Paddington, Southampton and Yeovil) there are other perks - depending on the site. Yeovil, for example, offers electric vehicle charging, free parking, supplier events & offers and a fantastic canteen - the cakes are superb!
When you combine all of these perks with a great culture and workplace, then it all adds up!

hello, this is really good question to provide engage the company, firstly we are getting 13 salary per year, also we get bonus payment according to global sales target reached. also private personnel health care and daily food cost support with specific sodexo card ( even we are working at home). this is a general company culture :)
