Senior Quality Engineer
A Day in My Life as a Senior Quality Engineer.
My day starts with checking emails and attending a team stand-up to plan tasks and discuss blockers. Mornings are spent executing test cases, focusing on how systems interact—whether it’s validating APIs, data flows, or troubleshooting issues. Any defects are logged and discussed with developers to ensure smooth integration.
After a lunch break, I work on test automation or analyze test results to identify potential risks. Collaboration is key, as I regularly connect with developers, product owners, and other teams. Before wrapping up, I review progress and plan for the next day.
Why I Love My Role
Every day brings new challenges, and I enjoy ensuring systems work seamlessly while collaborating with my team to deliver high-quality products.
