What does growth and development look like here?

Hi :) I can give you my example - I have started as Senior Finance Analyst in December 2022. My manager was always encouraging me to take new trainings, to increase my knowledge, we have lots of resources available to all employees. I think that because I was constantly pushed (in positive way) to do more and more I am now Finance Business Partner but it doesn't stop me, still working on new skills, especially soft skills now however you can do any trainings that you think will make your current or future job easier.
