What are your favourite and least favourite things about this job?

My favourite thing about working as a finance graduate is the rotations, each one gives you a range of different skills. This means that you get exposure to different areas of finance. However, you're not limited to your 3 rotations in terms of developing your knowledge. Colleagues in different teams are always willing to give you time to discuss what their job entails and even the necessary skills to perform in that job, which really helps you decide on what route you want to go down in the future.

The regular socials, both with the graduates and company/finance wide are also brill!

My least favourite area would certainly be studying for exams, but this is a short term sacrifice for a prosperous future.
