What kind of projects do Finance Graduates typically work on during their rotations?

Hey, projects will vary by team but one example would be in within my first rotation within Treasury. I worked on creating a dashboard for the CFO, within this I created sensitivity analysis for interest risk, FX risk and cash management.

How is the mentorship structured throughout the graduate scheme? Can you provide examples of how mentors have supported recent graduates in navigating their roles?

All graduates get assigned an executive mentor, this will be someone senior in the business. This is a great opportunity to expand your network and ask for advise etc.

Amazing, thank you. I am curious to know how you have found balancing work and study commitments? and whether you have any tips?

We get 1 day as a study day to dedicate to our chosen accounting qualification or learning new skills. This has really helped me keep on top of my studying. It will require time outside of work for studying/revision, keeping on top of it and doing little and often has helped me manage the course.
