The rotations in the graduate scheme can vary, but in the past they have included Treasury, Auditing, Internal controls, FP&A, Group Accounting, Commercial Finance
Beyond the graduate scheme, kingfisher is very keen to grow and develop their employees. A recent graduate has continued to move around different finance teams to continue to build their knowledge/skillset
