Are the rotations decided by Kingfisher, or do graduates have the option to network and choose their teams?

Hi Mohammad, the rotations are decided by Kingfisher based on your skills and experience.

Will they take my preference into consideration for a team?

The rotations in each route are designed to give you the skills required from the apprenticeship, but the routes are assigned by Kingfisher. Although, there is no harm in mentioning any preferences you may have on the day of the assessment centre!
