What is the work-life balance like in your role?

The work life balance is really good at Kingfisher as a whole, I'm allowed the freedom to flex which days I work from home and which days are office days or site visits. While there does seem a push to be in the office on more days we can have a minimum of two days in the office each week. This flexibility does give a much better work life balance which is something I really love about working for this company. If this is something that is important to you then Kingfisher is a great company to work for.
