What do you expect from your future colleagues who might join your team?

From my perspective, what I really value - and hope to see in future colleagues - is a strong sense of ownership. I appreciate when people take initiative, feel responsible for their work, and are proactive in solving problems. Openness is also key: being transparent, willing to share ideas, and open to feedback creates a healthy and trusting environment. Communication is essential too - clear, respectful, and frequent communication helps us stay aligned and move forward together. And finally, I really believe in the human touch. Being kind, empathetic, and supportive makes a big difference in how we work as a team.
