What kind of soft skills have you developed since you joined the firm?

Since joining Kingfisher at a young age, I’ve developed strong soft skills that have helped me thrive in a professional environment. Early on, I learned how to interact effectively with a wide range of people, read the room, and adapt my approach to suit different situations. My communication skills have become one of my key strengths — I’m able to express ideas clearly, listen actively, and build rapport quickly. I’ve also developed a high level of emotional intelligence, which allows me to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, I’ve become a confident and competent influencer, able to gain buy-in and motivate others while maintaining positive relationships.
