What's the hardest part of your role?

Thanks for your question. I'd like to say not the hardest part, but challenging part for myself will be the balance between delegation and hands-on. By knowing more details, will give you clear direction to make the strategy with hands on all the communications and projects, however, it will impact the team delegation and development. To find the right balance is the key.
