How did this company support your career growth?

I have start working in one of group's Kingfisher company called "Brico Depot" as market assistant. I think it is always important to start by commercial department because it helps to understand value and DNA of a company. After 6 month, a job has opened in logistic department. The job looked very interesting so i have try... and i loved it ! After understand well what a brand need, i applied for a position in group logistic based in UK. My profile being the one sought by my manager, he opened the position in France. It is one of very interesting point in this company ! If you work well, Kingfisher gives you a chance to do any job that could interesting you in any location ! So you never boring and you can have time to spend with your family !
