What do you like most about this company?

I enjoy the diversity of people I am working with and I think the most I like is the feeling that I can be somekind of entrepreneur. This might sound a bit confusing, considering thee accepted definition of the entrepreneur, but you will find here the independence that you need to focus on your projects, to set up your way of working in a company which offers you a lot of flexibility in action. Based on the SOPs you will work and organize yourself in order to reach Kingfishers obejectives, but you can be agile in action. I am a very curious person, hard worker, defined by intrinsic motivation and for me is the place where I feel myslef.
