What are the company's values in your own opinion?

Very dear, from my point of view, Kingfisher is trying to put human well-being in center of core for, as well as they put home improvement in center of there business. They are also very concerned about sustainability and put real action in place to preserve our planet.
It is a company that listens to its employees and encourages initiative.
Of course, there are areas for improvement and the work is not always easy because the structure is complex. I had the chance to work in many companies and Kingfisher is one of the best to have a good quality of life.
