What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

My role is mainly as technical support in different projects, therefore I work in the same time with commercial and supply chain colleagues in a so called triangle- local team. This is one side of the story and the other side is working with collegues from the Central Team. To be honest all of them are my collegues, but I can say I work closely with the local team, rather than the Central team. The explanation is quite easy...as a member of the buying office local team, we are more connected to the details of the project and permanently in contact with the suppliers, so we create more powerfull connections between each other. Central team is helping us completing the projects, but being implicated and working with different projects of different buying offices, the relation is somehow diluted.
