What are, in your opinion, the main advantages of working here?

Hi, for me the answer is two-fold. Firstly, from a financial perspective, the benefits are really good - probably as you'd expect from a FTSE-100 company. Depending on the role and area of the business that you're looking at, benefits such as private healthcare, employee discounts, RetailTRUST support, a great pension, private dental schemes etc are really helpful but that doesn't really properly showcase the breadth of the benefits on offer to us. We have a dedicated Colleague Experience team who revisit all our policies and benefits regularly and publish new offers and deals that they've negotiated for us.
Secondly, it's a great place to work. In my opinion, the company is a very good employer who listens to it's team. We work hard, it can be high pressured but the investment in Tech is substantial which leads to us having the chance to work on some great projects and initiatives. We have fun, the people are amazing and being able to go to work and enjoy what you do is a huge plus.
