What do you think is unique about working here?

Hi! Thanks for the question! I would have to say for me there are a few reasons why I feel it's unique to work for Kingfisher, the first is the ability to really take ownership for your role, there is a level of trust to allow you to drive change, if you see an opportunity to improve a process or situation you're really listened to and then offered support if you need it to enact that change.
The other thing for me is the diversity at Kingfisher, the company is really pushing forward to ensure that as a business we are more inclusive, accepting and pushing the boundaries to make sure that as people/colleagues we are in an environment in which we feel safe and supported.
I also enjoy when they have celebrity talks the most recent one was with Ruby Wax to discuss world mental health day and the company put on many activities or learning sessions that we can use to broaden our tool sets to deal with many situations whether work or personal.
As a colleague here I feel valued, listened too and supported to push myself whether that move department broaden my knowledge or have access to tools to develop my learning so I can look to drive my career in the direction that I want to.
