Please tell me about the training when you first joined?

Service Transition Manager

I first started on the Service Desk 15 years ago, as a new starter then I have a full induction and was given a training buddy to transfer knowledge, I was also show how to use our ITSM tool and where to find knowledge documentation and a few months into the role I was put on the ITIL foundation course. As a manager now when I have a new starter to the team they are provided with a training plan designed to give the all the tools required for the role, we now also have an extensive training videos online in our E-Learning tool.
