Business Analysis Capability Manager
Hi, thanks for your question! I'd done quite a bit of research into the company and strategy beforehand but what that didn't really tell me was what it's actually like to work here and be part of the team. Obviously it depends on which area & team you're going into but for me, from day 1, I felt welcome, included, respected, valued and listened to. I've seldom worked anywhere where colleagues are so giving of their time, expertise and knowledge to help others. That kind of ethos doesn't come over in company reports and stats, and all too frequently companies talk about their inclusiveness or values but it may differ to the reality of actually working there. My experience of Kingfisher, in the 4+ years I've been here, has been really positive and had I known how good it is to work here I'd have probably applied earlier! Hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions.
