One of my biggest challange in 3 months was to manage the implementation phase of different projects. Usually I manage the techincal part of different projects in the same time, but to implement them in the same time is quite challaging. The implementation phase requires a lot of attention to the validation of the OEB product, final random inspections, closing open points which become urgent and so on. It can require a lot of energy and the capability of focusing on different urgent aspects in the same time.
