The role is very dynamic and there is a lot of context switching within it. On top of this, people often bring emotions into elements and thus you can run out of social battery very quickly. Being able to set good boundaries with time and energy has been a key skill I have learnt that has enabled me to keep on top of the challenges that this can bring.
