Yes absolutely, I am a full time working mum and I don't have to stick to the 9-5 hours, I have the trust to be able to manage my work load and have a good work / home life balance. I work with a great team who all support each other enabling me to prioritise and and make the right choices. I hope I have understood your question correctly and this has helped. Let me know if you would like any more information.
