Business Analysis Capability Manager
Personally, I'm motivated by variety, challenges and being within an organisation that is investing in it's technology and people. My role includes all of that; the BA Capability in Group Technology is involved with some hugely complex programmes of work which are transformational for our retail business. That in itself brings challenges, which I really enjoy. But ultimately it's the people we work with that really motivate me; everyone wants to do the very best job they can.
