Hello Julie, I would say that adaptbility is key at Kingfisher. We are always working on different topics at same time & we keep evolving our way of working. the other main thing which is key in our company is to Develop a team-work. It's key if you want to suceed in your mission!

Like Ludovic says adaptability is really important ... we're a big organisation and things can change quickly, so being able to pivot and being comfortable with ambiguity is key.

The other thing I think is very important is a strong network, beyond your core team. The banners (brands) are 'powered by Kingfisher' and in my role to be able to achieve that we need to know a lot of people, be close to the strategy and decision makers, really make sure that we are understanding business context... that strong collaborative network across the wider business makes life a lot easier in my opinion!

Great! I agree that adaptability is key today because customers and their preferences are changing quickly. Purposeful networking is what I have also used and seen to produce great results. Getting close to strategy and decision makers is an area I need to improve upon . Thank you for these gems of advice
