When entering an interview process for a role within Kingfisher plc, you will build an open communicative relationship with your recruiter, your recruiter will help to guide you through the entire process and give you insight into what to expect from each stage and the format and structure of each interview, supporting you in how best to prepare and how to demonstrate your abilities and experience. And, should it be appropriate they can always discuss the option of you showing a portfolio of work to demonstrate your capabilities or prepare something to demonstrate to the interviewers how you would approach a particular task/challenge. Our interviews are designed for you and the interviewer to have a natural flowing conversation whilst also having the opportunity to answer questions with specific examples that help bring your expertise and examples of your previous work to life.
