These initiatives are supported and valued by leadership, which makes a real difference.

What stands out to me is that it doesn’t feel forced—it feels genuine. Diversity and equality are part of the culture, not just a checkbox. Of course, in a company this size, you might expect to encounter people who haven’t yet embraced the value of diversity, but honestly, that’s rare here. The environment is welcoming, respectful, and open, and it’s easy to feel like you belong.
