Hi, Kingfisher company is very involved in Inclusion and diversity through different groups free to inform and discuss via Yammer and intranet pages.
As a member of the Kingfisher LGBTQIA+ Affinity group, we organize a monthly meeting to plan actions and agenda to inform and help our community. Everyone is free to participate. We have intranet dedicated web pages with articles linked to news (e.g. History month in Feb, Pride in June etc..., testimonies, guests). We published regularly information and useful links via our Yammer group as well. We have visibility and help through HR and Town Hall meeting. Everyone has also possibility to contact us directly in case of possible problem. Its very easy to live and share in complete confidence. I hope that helps and answers your question. Kind Regards.
