More than happy to share some information with you on this, at Kingfisher we are committed to breaking down barriers to progression and building skills for life, and commit to delivering against targets related to this in our responsible business report. In 2023/24 we exceeded our target of providing five million hours of skills for life learning by 2025/26 so we were ahead of schedule last year, and developed a new target that focuses on the most impactful stages of career development. We also enabled 5,017 colleagues to complete an apprenticeship, traineeship or formal qualification. Our colleagues benefit from online and on demand learning, managerial support and opportunities to explore role specific qualifications and training!
