What I enjoy most about working at Kingfisher is the people and the culture. There’s a real sense of openness and collaboration, and I genuinely feel supported in my role. I enjoy the human side of the company - people are kind, approachable, and there’s a strong emphasis on well-being. I also appreciate the opportunity to work with modern technologies and be part of meaningful projects that have a real impact.

As for challenges, I think like in many large organizations, navigating complexity can be one of them - whether it’s aligning across multiple teams or dealing with legacy systems. But I see those challenges as opportunities to improve how we work and to drive change. Communication and adaptability are key, and I’ve found that when we stay open and connected, we can overcome most obstacles together.
